What operating system am I running?

Most people use either a Macintosh operating system (Mac) or a Mircosoft Windows operating system (PC).

Mac: Click on the Apple symbol at the top left of the screen, then click on About This Mac to see what version of Mac OSX your are using.
PC: Open the Start Menu, right click on Computer or My Computer, then select properties to see what version of Windows you are using.

What version of Flash Player am I using?

To find out what version of Flash Player you have installed with your browser; log into your AWARD Reading Online account, click on a Grade button, wait for the new window to open and load, then right click on the middle of the screen.
